Our Ladies Group Classes, are specifically designed to compliment and enhance the natural beauty, of the female figure. These classes are a great way to assist you with the common struggles of weight-loss, health & fitness, as well as building and toning of muscle. Immerse yourself in a friendly, fun and safe workout environment. No prior boxing or fitness experience is required, women of all fitness levels are welcome. All Ladies specified classes will be run by certified female trainers.
Our ladies session run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am until 10:30am. Every workout is different, and we ensure fast, effective results!
Boxing for Fitness (Monday)
Utilise the force and empowerment, that the sport of boxing provides, without the pain of contact. These classes are a full body workout, and allow you to learn the basics of proper boxing technique. In these sessions we construct a program that utilises training methods, that professional boxers use to stay in shape.
Ladies Fitness (Wednesday)
These classes are a balance of cardio and strength work, each class incorporates a heart racing, sweat pouring circuit styled method of training.
Ladies Weight Training (Friday)
Tone, tighten and strengthen your upper and lower body with a specialised weights training session, which will see your body shape up in no time.
